EfTEN Capital AS, Estonian asset management company, on its 5^th anniversary established joint venture with NEWCOM to ensure EfTEN Kinnisvarafond asset management services in Latvia.

Newly established joint venture is named EfTEN Capital, SIA and NEWCOM owns 50% of its capital shares.

EfTEN Capital AS is an asset management company founded in 2008, specialising in real estate investments. The company also offers private portfolio management.

EfTEN Capital is authorized and regulated by Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.

EfTEN aims to invest 30 million euros ($39 million) in Latvia after concluding its first deal in Jelgava, near the capital Riga.
