NEWCOM Development is a company that resulted from a merger of two NEWCOM group companies in 2013, combining the major activities of both businesses.

NEWCOM Development owns two land plots for residential development in Riga.

Land plot of 1,4ha in Bisumuiza at Kometas street is designated for development of 8 multiapartment residential buildings and this is the last stage of the whole project of 17 residential buildings. Development project in Bisumuiza has been commenced in 2005 and carried out in several stages by the same management team as currently is engaged with NEWCOM group.

A 1 382sqm land plot at Ernestines street is located in Pardaugava. The usage of the property is development of one multiapartment residential building.

The strategy of NEWCOM Development is to create attractive, green and reasonably priced residential areas by employing the best local expertise.

The target market for NEWCOM Development projects is middle class families who prefer to live in a quiet and green environment not far away from the city centre.
